sql - Error calling CREATE_JOB -

i have following error in pl/sql. not able know error is. please me.

sql> begin 2  dbms_scheduler.create_job 3  ( 4  job_name => 'testingfile' 5  ,comments =>'test' 6  ); 7  end; 8  /  dbms_scheduler.create_job * error @ line 2: ora-06550: line 2, column 1: pls-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call 'create_job' ora-06550: line 2, column 1: pl/sql: statement ignored

according dbms_scheduler.create_job documentation, procedure requires job_name, job_type , job_action parameters. you've specified job_name need define other two.

i'm new python, question might easy, anyway, patience: as trying call newton-raphson method calculate implied volatility in black-scholes formula call/put option pricing, first thing is, newton method in scipy.optimize seems calculate function's zeros, in black-scholes formula, want function's value option price, not zero.
