how checker tool executed along compilation of linux kernel code when make c=1 executed?

in detail : make c=1 [targets] check c source checker tool. default checker tool "sparse". here query is, how checker tool executed along compilation of c source? (i unable same information makefile of linux kernel).

the makefile executes checker tool in same way executes compiler.

search checksrc in scripts/makefile.build.

i'm new python, question might easy, anyway, patience: as trying call newton-raphson method calculate implied volatility in black-scholes formula call/put option pricing, first thing is, newton method in scipy.optimize seems calculate function's zeros, in black-scholes formula, want function's value option price, not zero.
